19학년도 1학기 퇴사 물품 임시보관 신청

○ 대 상 자

: 1학기 정기퇴사 + 하기개원 미거주 원생 중 2학기 거주 예정인 자

○ 신청기간 : 19. 6. 19.(수) ~ 20.(목) <2일간> 22:00~23:00

○ 신청장소 : 관별 지정 장소

○ 보관물품 수령일(시간엄수) < 22:00~23:00 >

○ 신청방법

① 「물품임시보관서약서」 ※ 홈페이지-커뮤니티-양식함

② 보관물품과 서식을 가지고 지정된 장소에서 방문 접수

○ 유의사항

- 무게 40kg?크기 52*48*40cm(우체국 택배상자 6호 규격) 이하로,

1인당 2상자까지 보관 가능 (※ 단, 상자는 완전히 닫힌 상태로만 보관 신청 가능)

- 상자 위/옆에 테이프로 부가 물품이 붙여져 있는 상자는 보관불가.

- 크기가 작은 물품은 작은 상자에 넣어 상자가 구겨지지 않게 동봉.

- 귀중품, 변질?부패?파손우려 물품 보관불가.

- 물품수령은 지정된 일자에만 가능.

- 수령하지 않은 물품은 공용공간 개방을 위해 즉시 폐기처분,

미수령 물품에 대하여는 본원에서 책임을 지지 않음.

Application for temporary storage of move-out applicants for 2019 1st semester

○ Who : Those who leave during summer opening and will reside in the 2nd semester

○ When : 19. 6. 19.(Wed) ~ 20.(Thu) <2days> 22:00~23:00

○ Where : Designated Site

○ Date of receipt of stored goods < 22:00~23:00 >

○ How to apply

① Write 「Pledge of temporary storage」, (☞ On dormitory homepage)

② Receive a visit at the designated place with the storage goods and the form.

○ Notice

- Up to 2 boxes per person, and each box should be less than 40kg and 52*48*40cm. (※ Boxes can only be stored fully closed)

- Boxes with attached items on or beside cannot be stored.

- small size item should be enclose in small boxes to prevent crumpling.

- Cannot store valuables and goods worried about corruption or  damage.

- Receipt of luggage is only possible on the specified date.

- Immediate disposal of items which are not received,

The dormitory is not responsible for items which are not received.
