공통

[1단계] 점검 전 준비

: 호실 청소 → 「퇴사신청서」 작성 → (예시 사진과 동일하게) 퇴사 점검 사진 촬영

※ 생활관별 촬영 예시 : 하단 필독 ※ <주의> 퇴사신청서 호실&이름이 보이도록 촬영

[2단계] 퇴사점검

: 점검장소 방문 → 퇴사점검 신청 → 사진 확인(점검) → 사진파일 메일 전송

※ 신청완료: 6. 21.(금) 18시까지!!, 대기인원이 많을 수 있으니 유의하여 신청바랍니다.

? 준비물 : ① (본인이 작성한) 퇴사신청서, ② 호실 촬영한 사진

? 메일 전송방법 ※ 메일 발송 후 발송확인 및 벌점 부과일까지 퇴사점검사진 개인보관 필수!

- 제목 : [자유관 ○동 ○○○실] 학번 이름 (사진용량이 클 경우 메일을 2~3번에 나누어 전송)

- 내용 : 찍은 사진 1, 2, 3, ... <주의> 메일에서 바로 사진 확인 가능하도록 업로드 [압축파일X]

- 메일주소

[3단계] 점검완료 후 퇴실 (※ 퇴실완료 및 메일전송 : 6. 21.(금) 20시까지!)

: 안내실 방문 → 대여물품 반납 → 반납 확인 → 퇴사신청서 제출 → 퇴사확인 서명

[4단계] 실제 호실 점검

: 점검자가 실제 점검(불량호실 사진대조) → 벌점부과 → 결과확인 → 부과내역 확정

※ 퇴사기간 중 새벽 시간 퇴실예정 or 20시까지 퇴사예정이나 18시까지 점검이 어려울 경우, 퇴사일 전에 점검신청을 하여 퇴사점검을 받아야 합니다.

※ 각 단계에 맞추어 모든 퇴사 절차를 완료해야 벌점이 부과되지 않습니다.

※ 점검결과 발표(상?벌점) : 8.2.(금) 17:00 예정, 생활원홈페이지-[마이페이지]

단계별유의사항

? [1단계]

- 촬영 사진과 무관하게, 실제 점검 시에는 호실 내부를 전반적으로 점검하고, 상태가 불량할 경우 벌점이 부과됩니다. 다음 입사자를 위해 꼭 깨끗하게 정리정돈 부탁드립니다.

- 점검 사진 거짓 촬영, 또는 실제 점검에서 불량호실 판명 시 추가 벌점이 부과될 수 있으니 유의 바랍니다.

? [2단계]

- 신청 마감시간에 대기자가 많을 경우, 점검신청 장소에서 줄을 서서 대기한 원생까지만 접수를 받겠습니다. [18시 정각까지 대기한 인원에 한하여 번호표 발급 예정. 마감이후 신청 불가]

- 제출한 사진은 점검결과 발표일 이후 3일까지만 보관 예정(개인정보보호)

- 상?벌점 이의제기는 원생수칙에 따라 점검결과 발표일 이후 3일 이내만 가능합니다.

- 점검 없이 퇴사신청서만 제출할 경우 퇴사절차 미 준수로 벌점(-3점) 부과됩니다.

- 물론, 실제 호실 점검에서 불량호실일 경우 벌점은 추가됩니다.

? [4단계]

- 점검자는 점검기간 이후, 마스터키를 이용하여 실제 호실 점검을 실시할 예정입니다. 퇴사 여부 및 점검자가 방문 할 수 있음을 룸메이트에게 반드시 통보 바랍니다.

Process

(Common)

[Step 1] Prepare the room inspection

: Clean your room → Fill out 「Leave application form」 → Take a photo for the room inspection (Same as the example) ※ The example: read the below

※ You should take the photo with your room number and name of application

[Step 2] Room inspection

: Visit application place → Apply the leaving → Show your photos →Send photos by email

※ Deadline : 6. 21.(Fri) 18pm. Please apply carefully as there may be many waiters.

? How to send photos by email ※ You should keep the photos until the inspection result day

[Step 3] Leave after inspection (※ Move-out deadline : 6. 21.(Fri) 20pm.)

: Visit the information room → Return the rental items → Confirm the return → Submit application → Sign it

[Step 4] Real room inspection

: Contrast room and photos → Impose penalty → Confirm

※ If you leave at dawn or leave after 6:00 pm (must leave before 8:00 pm.),

please apply for a room check in advance.

※ All procedures must be completed in accordance with each step so can avoid penalty.

- If the room is not in good condition during the real inspection, the penalty points will be imposed. Please clean your room for the next residents.

- Please note that additional penalty points may be imposed when you submit the fake photos or your room is not in good condition during the real inspection.

? [Step 2]

- We will accept only those who wait in line at the application place before application deadline. [Numbers will be issued. No apply after deadline]

- The submitted photos will be kept for up to 3 days after the inspection results are released. (Privacy)

- Appeals can only be maed within 3 days after the releasing of inspection results, in accordance with Dormitory Regulation.

- 3 penalty points will be imposed if you submit application without inspection.

- If the room is not in good condition during the real inspection, the additional points will be imposed.

- Inspectors will check the room using the master key after inspection period. Be sure to tell the roommate your leaving.
