2019학년도 대학생활원(부산) 하기개원 신청 안내

* 퇴사기간 준수 : 하기개원 미신청자는 2019. 6. 21(금) 18시까지 점검 후 20시까지 퇴사!(미준수시 벌점 3점)

* ‘19-1학기 장전캠 원생 + 하기개원 거주 + 2학기 미거주자‘의 하기개원 종료일 : 2019. 7. 29.(월)까지 모두 퇴사하여야 함!

* 하기개원은 교내행사 참가자의 기숙사 이용으로 소음과 에너지절약을 위한 방이동(최소1번,호실차이有)의 불편 및 효원재 공사로 인하여 효원재 원생들의 진리관, 자유관 이동이 있어 타 생활관 원생과 룸메이트가 될 수 있음을 감안하여 지원할 것

* (1학기 효원재 원생 중 하기개원 지원자) 진리관?자유관으로 전원 생활관 이동

: 6. 22.(토) ~ 23.(일) 생활관 이동. 공사일정으로 이동기간 조정 불가, 이동이 가능한 자만 하기개원 신청해주세요!

* 비원생 및 밀양?양산캠 원생들에게 드리는 당부

: 기숙사(부산) 이용안내문 및 원생수칙, 공지사항(홈페이지, 각 동 게시판)을 반드시 꼼꼼하게 읽어 보세요.

미숙지로 인한 불이익은 본인이 감수해야 하며, 모든 공지사항에 대하여 SMS 서비스를 지원하지는 않습니다!!

* (비원생) 벌점 3점 이상 시 입사 지원 불가, 하기개원 지원 기간 전에 봉사활동으로 벌점 감면 완료해야함 (지원 기간 중 벌점 감면 불가)

* (하기개원 미지원 1학기 원생 대상) 비원생 모집 이후 공실 여부에 따라 6/12 17시 하기개원 추가모집 공지 예정 (공실 미발생 시 추가모집 없음)

* (하기개원 비원생 + 2학기 추가모집 지원자) 하기개원 비원생 입사자 중 2학기 지원할 경우 합격여부를 알 수 없음으로 짐보관 불가

* (생활관변경) 1학기 현재 거주 하고 있는 원생은 하기개원 중 타 생활관으로 변경하여 거주 불가 / 현재 생활관으로 지원해야함

Notice for the opening of summer session in dormitory(Busan) 2019

* residence period : Students who did not apply summer opening have to move out the room by June 21(Fri.) 17:00 after being checked the cleaning room! (3 penalty points of non-compliance)

* ‘19-1 Busan residents + summer residents + 2nd semester Non-residents‘ End of summer residence

: have to move out the room by 2019. 7. 29.(Mon)!

* There will be (at least, room difference有) one shift for noise and energy saving during summer opening. Due to Event participants use and dormitory construction, Jinli and Jayoo can be assined to other dormitory students and roommate.

* Notice (Non-residents and Milyang?Yangsan students)

: Please be sure to read the information, Dorm Regulation, and the announcements(homepage, bulletin board). We will not provide SMS service for every announcement !!

* (Summer non-resident, 1st semester) Depending on whether Vacancy 6/12 17:00 additional recruitment will be announced (No additional recruitment if vacancy is not occurring)

* (Summer non-resident + 2nd semester additional applicant) we do not keep luggage because do not know whether it accepted or not.

* (Moving to a dormitory) 1st semester residents can not change to other residences in summer
