정전일시 : 1월 14일(월) 13:00 ~ 17:00(4시간)
정전사유 : 한전 인입 선로 보수공사
1. 정전 구역 및 설비 :
- 행정실 및 사생실 내 전등 전열설비
- 자유관 내 난방 및 온수 사용불가
- 식당, 편의점, 카페, 직원어린이집 전원 차단
2. 발전기 전원공급 설비 :
- 승강기, 소방 등 비상용설비, 복도 비상전등, 급·배수 설비
3. 협조 요청 사항
1). E/V 점검 시간 중 탑승금지
2). 중요장비(컴퓨터, 전산장비, 통신장비 등)
점검시간 전 전원 OFF
3). 사생실 문단속 철저(도어락 잠금 상태 확인)
4). 식당, 매장, 카페 출입문 단속 철저
<추가 유의사항>
도어락 건전지가 있으면 정전시 입·퇴실에 문제없습니다.
하지만 없으면 정전시 사생실에서 퇴실 할 수는 있으나 사생실로 입실 할 수는 없으므로 월요일 전까지본인 호실 도어락 건전지 확인을 해 주시기 바랍니다.

Why : Repair work of lead-in wire
1. Power outage zones and facilities :
- Electric lighting system in executive and private rooms
- Heating and hot water not available in Jayoo
- Power cut off restaurants, convenience stores, cafes, and daycare center
2. Generator power supply equipment
- Elevator, emergency equipment such as fire fighting, corridor emergency light, and Supply and Drainage Equipment
3. Request for cooperation
1). No elevator boarding during inspection
2). Turn off the major equipments(computers, communication equipments, etc.) before inspection.
3). Lock the private rooms (Check the door lock status)
4). Lock the restaurant, store, cafe entrance
