□ 이동 호실 확인 : 8. 22.(수) 17:00이후

대학생활원홈페이지 - [합격자조회] - 로그인 후 호실 및 룸메이트 정보 확인

□ 원실 이동 기간 : 8. 24.(금) 09:00 ~ 8. 26.(월) 18:00

※ 원실 이동 기간을 반드시 준수할 것 ! (이동 기간 미 준수시 벌점 3점 부과)

□ 원실 이동 절차(진리, 효원, 웅비)

1) 기존에 사용하던 원실 내 본인의 물품을 모두 뺀 후 깨끗이 청소

※ [주의]이동 기간 종료 후 원실 점검 시 기존 원실의 청소 상태가 불량할 경우 벌점 부과

2) 원실 내 비품은 있던 자리로 복귀(파손 시 본인 변상조치 함)

3) 원실 이동 시 도어락 비밀번호 관련

① 기존 원생이 있는 원실로 이동하는 경우

: 도어락 비밀번호 관련 사전에 룸메이트와 상호 연락하여 비밀번호 공유

② 빈 원실로 이동하는 경우

: 초기화 되어있는 도어락 비밀번호를 입사 후 룸메이트와 상의하여 반드시 변경

※ 초기화 비밀번호는 8. 23.(목) 개별 안내 예정

4) 원실 이동 완료 후 안내실을 방문하여 ?원실 이동 대상자 명단?에 이동 확인 서명(필수!!)

□ 원실 이동 절차(자유관(웅비B(여)->자유관)

1) 기존에 사용하던 원실 내 본인의 물품을 모두 뺀 후 깨끗이 청소

※ [주의]이동 기간 종료 후 원실 점검 시 기존 원실의 청소 상태가 불량할 경우 벌점 부과

2) 원실 내 비품은 있던 자리로 복귀(파손 시 본인 변상조치 함)

3) 자유관 B동 1층 경비실 방문 → 출입카드(객실카드) 수령

4) 출입카드 수령 후 자유관 경비실에 비치된 명단에 서명(필수!!)

< Notice for checking and moving room in 2018 2nd semester >

□ Room Checking

After, 8. 22.(Wed.) 17:00, check the information about room number and roommate when you access dormitory website and check [합격자조회(The successful applicants inquiry)] after log-in.

Communicate with your roommate in advance and share your door lock password.

□ Moving period : 2018. 8. 24.(Fri.) 09:00 ~ 8. 26.(Mon.) 18:00

※ Be sure to observe the moving period! (If not, you get 3 penalty points)

□ Move procedure(Jilli, Woongbee)

1) Remove all of your items from the existing room and clean it

※ [Caution]If the clean condition of the existing room is bad when the room is checked after moving period

2) The equipment in the room is returned to the place where it was. (In case of damage, the resident is compensated)

3) Door lock password when moving the room

① In case of moving to room with an existing resident

- after 8.22(Wed) check the information about room number and roommate when you access dormitory website and check [합격자조회(The successful applicants inquiry)] after log-in. Communicate with your roommate in advance and share your password.

② In case of moving to empty room

- Change the initialized the password with roommate after moving

※ Initialized the password will be individually displayed in 8.23.

4 )After completing the move to room, visit the reception area and sign the move confirmation on the list 『원실 이동 대상자 명단 (List of residents to be moved)』(Compulsory!!)

□ Move procedure(Jayoo)

1) Remove all of your items from the existing room and clean it

3) Jayoohall areaB 1F visiting information desk -> Receive the access card (room card) (One card per person)

4 )After completing the move to room, visit the reception area and sign the move confirmation on the list 『입사자 명단 (List of residents to be moved)』(Compulsory!!)
