퇴사절차 미준수시

벌점 3점 부과 ※대학생활원 원생수칙 제 19조(벌점)

환불 불가

(비원생 및 타캠퍼스 원생) 8.3.(금) 이후 환불 불가

(2학기 미지원 원생) 8.16.(목) 이후 환불 불가! 다만, 8.19.~31.에 해당하는 관리비,식비는 환불

절차

1. 본인 호실 청소 & 안내실 앞 비치된 퇴사신청서 사전 작성완료

2. (12시까지 접수) 퇴사신청기간에 관별 퇴사신청장소 방문

3. 퇴사신청장소에서 점검자에게 점검 신청

→ 퇴사 점검 마감 시간(18시 또는 12시)에 딱 맞춰서 신청줄에 섰을 경우 번호표 배부 예정

※ 퇴사 점검 마감 시간 이후에는 번호표 배부 불가(예 : 12시 1분에 퇴사신청 줄서기 불가)

4. 호실 점검 후 퇴사신청서에 점검자의 확인 서명 받기

5. 안내실에 퇴사신청서 제출 & 대여물품반납 (임시카드, 침대시트 등)

6. (14시까지)퇴사완료

Procedure

1. Cleaning your room & Complete the application form in front of the information

2. (Reception by 12 o'clock) Visit the application desk during check-out period

3. Apply to the inspector at the place of check-out request

(If you observe the end time(18 or 12 o'clock) and line up, a numeric table is assigned.)

※ Number table can not be distributed after deadline.

(For example, if you wait in line from 12: 1, you can not check-out request)

4. After checking the room, get the confirmation sign of the inspector in the document.

5. Submit checkout application & return the rental item (temporary card, bed sheet, etc.) to the information

6. (until 14 o'clock) Check out complete
