◎ 추가반납 기간 : ~ 6. 20. 17:00 까지! ※ 점심시간(12:00~13:00) 제외

◎ 반납 장소 : 대학생활원 행정실 (진리관 관리동 1층)

◎ 유의 사항

- 임시 출입카드와 학생증을 함께 지참하여 행정실 방문

※ 출입카드를 분실/파손한 경우 출입카드 비용(10,000원)과 학생증 지참

- 금융 기능이 없는 학생증을 신청할 경우 발급 소요시간이 길어질 수 있으나 이로 인한 추가 유예기회는 없음

- 5. 31. 까지 임시 출입카드 미반납자는 벌점 3점 부과완료

- 추가 반납기간(6. 20.) 이후 미반납자

: 경과일수에 따라 추가 벌점(지시사항 불이행)을 계속 부과예정(1주당 1점씩)

ex) 6.27.까지 반납자 → 벌점 1점 추가, 7.4.까지 반납자 → 벌점 2점 추가

- 벌점 3점 이상자는 다음 학년도 입사지원이 제한되므로 반드시 유의할 것!

※ 영·호남 교류학생, 수료후연구생의 경우 퇴사 시 각 관 안내실에 반납

Additional Return Period of Dormitory Access Card

◎ Additional Return Period : ~ 6. 20. 17:00

◎ Return Place : Dormitory Administrative Office (1st Floor of Jilli Hall Maintenance Bldg.)

◎ Note

- Please visit the office with the temporary access card and your student ID card

※ If the access card is lost or damaged, bring the entrance card fee (10,000 won) and your student ID card

- If you apply for a student ID card that does not have a financial function, the issuance time may be longer, but there is no additional opportunity.

- Residents not returning the card until 5.31. already got 3 penalty points.

- Residents not returning the card until the additional return period(6.20.)

: Additional penalty points upon the number of days elapsed

(for not following instructions). (1panalty points per week)

- Be sure to keep in mind that residents with 3 or more penalty points will be limited to applying for dormitory in the next school year!
