4월 원생실 정기점검 및 부재시 점검허용 사전신청 안내
부재시점검허용 신청자도 점검이 진행되는 동안 원생실에 그대로 계셔도 무관합니다. 룸메이트 2명 중 1명이라도 계속대기가 가능하면 허용동의 신청은 하지 않으셔도 됩니다. 그러나 계속대기가 모호한 경우, 일단 동의신청을 해서 불이익을 받지 않도록 유의하세요! |

◎ 주의사항
- 점검 시작부터 완료 시까지 원생실에 계속 대기. (잠깐 자리비움도 허용×)
?? 무단불참한 원생실은 점검 불가함 ⇒ 룸메이트 2명 모두 일괄 징계(벌점3점) 처분
- 대기가능 여부가 모호한 경우, 『부재시점검허용』을 신청하여 불이익을 받지 않도록 유의!
- [부재시 점검허용] 신청기간에는 룸메이트?호실 변경이 제한됩니다.

2. 『부재시 점검허용』 온라인 신청(PC?모바일)
- 기간 : 4.16.(월) 10:00 ~ 4.24.(화) 17:00 - 방법 : 홈페이지-로그인-[민원신청]-[부재시점검허용]에서 온라인신청 민원신청 오류발생 : 신청기간 내에 오류화면캡처 후 행정실로 문의! 이후 해당 내용으로 벌점이의제기 절대 불가! ※ 신청내역확인방법 : [마이페이지]-[부재시점검허용확인] ※ 신청기간이 마감되면 추가 신청 불가합니다. |

- Wait in the room until the inspection is over. (Cannot leave for a while)
?? Unattended rooms can not be inspected. ⇒ Both roommates will receive 3 penalty points.
- If you are ambiguous, apply for 『Inspection Permission during Absence』 and avoid disadvantages!!
- Changing roommate will be limited during the application period.
