2017학년도 동기개원 입사원생의 동기개원 종료를 아래와 같이 안내하오니 아래 일정을 확인하여 차질 없이 퇴사하여 주시기 바랍니다.
1. 퇴사 대상 : 동기개원 입사자(동기연장개원 신청자 제외)
2. 퇴사 일시 2018. 2. 11.(일) 낮12:00까지 ※ 퇴사일자 미준수 : 벌점 3점
1. 원실 내 본인의 물품을 모두 뺀 후 깨끗하게 청소하고 원실 내 비품의 분실 및 파손 여부를 확인.(원실 내 남은 물품이 없는지 반드시 확인!) 2. 점검 신청 기간에 맞춰 관별 신청 장소를 방문→ 조교에게 점검 신청(도장 수령) 3. 생활원 조교의 원실 점검이 끝나면 퇴사신청서(학기종료용)에 조교 확인 서명. 4. 생활원 조교의 확인 서명을 받은 퇴사신청서를 경비실로 제출 후 퇴사완료! ※ 침대커버, 출입카드를 비롯한 모든 대여물품은 반드시 경비실에 반납! |
4. 퇴사 환불 : 대학생활원 환불규정에 따라 1/27(토) 이후 잔여 생활원비 환불 불가
5. 유의사항
★ 2.9(금)~11(토) 퇴사자는 반드시 퇴사절차를 따를 것(※무단 퇴사 : 벌점 3점)
★ 2.9(금) 이전 퇴사자는 별도의 청소 점검을 받지 않아도 되나, 퇴사 후 해당 호실의 청소 상태가 불량함이 확인 될 시 벌점 3점이 부과되므로, 반드시 청소를 깨끗이 하고 퇴사할 것
★ 식사는 2.10(토) 석식까지 제공
★ 벌점 3점 이상인자는 2019학년도 생활원 입사신청이 제한되므로, 벌점부과에 따른 불이익을 받지 않도록 주의바랍니다.

The 2017 winter opening for resident will be end. Please check the leaving schedule below and follow punctually.
1. Move-out subject: Resident of 2017 winter opening(Except for applicant for the extended winter opening)
2. Date : 2018. 2. 11.(Sun.) 12:00PM (noon) ※ Failure to leave date : -3 points
3. Move-out process ※ Failure to leave process (including not submit move-out application form) : -3 points
1. Remove all the items in the room and clean the room thoroughly. ※ Check the damages of all stuffs. (Make sure that there are no remaining items in the room!) 2. Visiting the application area according to the application period → Apply to the dormitory assistant for inspection.(receive a stamp) 3. After completion of the room inspection, receive a signature of the assistant on the leaving application document (for the finishing semester) 4. Submit the document to the information desk. ※ All rental items including bed sheet and access cards must be returned! |
4. Refund of leaving: Not refund remaining living expenses after 1/27 (Sat.) according to the living expenses refund policy.
5. Caution
★ If you leave the dorm during 2.9(Fri.)~11(Sat.), your room must be inspected by the assistant (※No room check : -3 points)
★ Even though the resident who leaves the dorm before 2.9(Fri.) do not need to inspect room, 3 penalty points will be imposed if the cleaning status of the room is not good after leaving. Be sure to clean the room and leave.
★ Meals are served until 2.10(Sat) dinner.
★ Be careful not to be disadvantaged by imposition of penalty points because a residents who has 3 or more penalty points will be restricted from applying for dormitory in 2018.
